Water Street Partners adds to team; hires Jack Ryan as Associate
Minneapolis – (8.20.2020) – Twin Cities-based Water Street Partners, LLC, continues to grow, adding Jack Ryan to its team as an Associate. Ryan’s experience includes agency leasing, financing, portfolio management, asset management and deal sourcing.
Prior to joining Water Street Partners, Ryan earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. Here, he served as Lead Manager for the KFBSF Real Estate Private Equity Funds, which were a series of three diversified, value-add, and opportunistic closed-end investment vehicles.

Jack’s previous experience includes working for MetLife Real Estate Investors in Atlanta, Boston Private Bank in the Bay Area and JLL in Minneapolis.
